Weather & Environmental Meter Series 5000
Kestrel 5000 Pocket Weather Meter
The Kestrel 5000 Pocket Weather Meter is the baseline wind and weather meter in the Kestrel 5000 series. While the Kestrel 5000 Pocket Weather Meter is similar in wind and weather monitoring functions available with the Kestrel 3500 Wind Meter, it has several advantages such as Bluetooth connectivity, data storage, graphing functions, and computer interface technology. It has the capacity to store up to 10,000 data points of weather data, enabling you to track changes in the environment over time, view these changes as graphs on your Kestrel 5000's display, and even upload the data to your PC or Mac. The Kestrel 5000 series is now available with optional Bluetooth LINK Technology, which allows your Kestrel to communicate with your Android or iOS device up to 100 feet away, and maximize the battery life of your weather meter.
Kestrel 5100 Racing Weather Meter
The Kestrel 5100 Racing Weather Meter is Kestrel's Racing pit meter for Bracket Racing and other forms of drag racing. Kestrel has been trusted for years for last minute tuning decisions. Get readings where it counts, on the track, not the trailer. With the new LINK technology, you can get readings right to your smartphone up to 100 feet away! The Kestrel 5100 Racing Weather Meter gives you immediate, on-spot measurements including moisture content in grains, air density, relative air density, humidity, and other critical factors. Count on it for the information you need to make perfect ET predictions and performance-maximizing tuning and jetting decisions.
Kestrel 5200 Professional Environmental Meter
Whether you're pouring concrete, balancing HVAC systems, or monitoring jobsite conditions, the Kestrel 5200 Professional Environmental Meter takes the calculations and guesswork out of your job with integrated specialty calculations. No more guessing or using inaccurate data from miles away.
The 5200's NEW Concrete Target Evaporation Rate Solver allows user to adjust calculator for varying weather conditions and displays the risk of plastic shrinkage cracking for each scenario -- enabling contractors to determine the appropriate set of precautionary steps that will result in a successful pour.
The Kestrel 5200 offers advanced calculators and readings that are unique in the portable meter market and are designed to make your job easier. In addition to measuring current environmental conditions, the 5200's new Concrete Target Evaporation Rate Solver displays the level of cracking risk based on user-defined weather conditions and shows which environmental factors may require adjustments in order to prevent plastic shrinkage cracking. With reliable real-time environmental monitoring of jobsite conditions along with accurate predictive calculations, the Kestrel 5200 Professional Environmental Meter with LiNK® Bluetooth Low Energy Technology helps concrete contractors know when to take steps to minimize the risk by adjusting the mix or utilizing protective measures.
