Return Policy*

The ADK Instruments Return Policy allows you to return any product in their unused, original condition for a full refund of its retail value. We accept all returns within 10 days from the date of delivery:

• Products purchased directly from our website only are eligible for a refund.
• If a product is in an unused condition, it can be exchanged within 15 days from date of delivery with the original invoice, product package and barcode intact.
• Kindly maintain the original packing of the product received in case of any return.
• Once the Product is picked-up, a refund will be initiated within 48 hours and the amount may take up to 5-7 working days, depending upon your bank to reflect in your account.
• After a claim is submitted, ADK Instruments’ team will then inspect the claim to determine if the condition of the claim product is due to a manufacturing defect or not. ADK Instruments’ team decision, with respect to the claim product shall be final.
