The PCE-HVAC-2 is a pitot tube anemometer for measuring differential pressure, airflow, air velocity and temperature. Due to its design, the anemometer equipped with an angled pitot tube, is particularly suitable for the rapid and precise determination of high air velocities of up to 80 m / s. During the measurement of the flow velocity, this pitot tube anemometer offers a choice of units (m / s, knots, km / h, mph, ft / min).
The 33.5-cm long pitot tube with a diameter of only eight millimetres, attached to the pitot tube anemometer, makes the application in confined work spaces, small openings and pipe systems possible. The manufacturer has equipped the meter with some practical features, which makes its application versatile. So that it could be mounted on a tripod, the pitot tube anemometer has a thread on the bottom side. Thus, in this position, the user has two free hands which provides a much better flexibility in the handling of the pitot tube.
The supplied two pressure hoses, each 85 centimetres long, are attached to the top of the pitot tube anemometer and then can be connected to the L-shaped pitot tube.
